Bouldering at Kickapoo Falls circa 89. One the few good problems there. I got about half a mind to sneak back there some day and climb it again.

Speedway Mafia Strikes Again!Southern Indiana Ice
This mixed ice and rock route was way scary on TR, I kept thinking if that pick blows and was going fall and knock that creaking piece of ice above me!More modern ice tools would helped with that, but you use what you have. It would be a great route if bolts could be installed.Its a no fall situation even on TR.
Indiana Climbing 1988
This my 30th year of climbing, so I will be going down memory lane. I think I will add some old Indiana climbing shots like this one of Kickapoo Falls in Attica Indiana. This pic is of one of the last new routes established before it was closed to climbing. This me climbing Astropoo direct 5.12 with longtime climbing partner Dennis Rice. We ruled this place during 80s, Probably some of the best times in my climbing tenure.

Indy Glue Up Bouldering
I went to Camp 9 today to do little bouldering. This indy westside area has been around for 25yrs this year. Climbers from all over the US have bouldered here. I had not been in quite awile, it has become little unkept for quite some time now. It still packs punch.Thanks to my good friend Mike Stuhler for coming out and taking the photos on my 53rd bday..
